Mindfulness
Kia Ora bloggers, Today my blog is going to be about Mindfulness. So we would haveMindfulness every Wednesday or Tuesday for a few weeks. But this week was our last Mindfulness sesion. Before we started our lesson we had to say what Mindfulness is. Which is: Mindfulness is Paying Attention to the Here and Now, With Kindness, Curiosity and Patience. Now it is time to start. First we had to get into our mountain pose and take some deep breaths to get started.
Next we had to breath in and out but we had to roll ourselves and drop to see between our legs. Then we had to roll into a ball and to squeeze our muscles. Then after that we did heaps of other stuff like lying down, Finding our breath, Listening to the sounds around us and getting into buddies and telling each other our favorite things.
