Ripper rugby

                          Ripper Rugby

Hello bloggers my name is Peitynn. On the 17th of March 10 students were picked to go to Ripper rugby zone. So there were 4 girls and  6 boys that were in the team. Before we went to the game we had to get changed into our sports gear. after we had got changed we started to get our gear and head off to May Road War Memorial Park. Finally we are here at the May Road War memorial. So we looked around to find a spot to sit at. So when we had found a place to sit we had to take our jacket off and we started to train. But first we had to take a team photo of all of us  at the started and at the end we had to take another team photo. So when we were training we had to practice our passing and our steps when we got touch. Now we are having our first game. Our first game we versed was Hay Park 1. The weather was pretty cold but the sun came out. We played good and we had good sportsmanship in the game. After that we had many more games and we had 6 games. The last game was hard but we tried our best. We were so tired. But we got some ice block and it was so nice and cold. So it is time to go back to school. Hope you enjoyed!!! Blog you later!!!

  1. Awesome to see you are reading the message on the Syndicate Site Peitynn. I noticed you also commented on other peoples work too. It is so cool that you got to go to Ripper Rugby before everything got shut down. Your sportsmanship was outstanding and I know yours is always like that. Well done on all the great wins our school had. I like your short sentences in your explanation, it makes for interesting reading. When you say .... We played good the grammar is incorrect. We say..... We played well and we had good sportsmanship. Keep up the great learning Peitynn. Kia atawhai kia kaha

  3. It's fabulous to see that you are completing old drafts and posting them Peitynn. The Ripper Rugby Zones day was a wonderful day, I know for a fact that Mr Riceman was so proud of you all for the wonderful sportsmanship you displayed towards the other teams, as well as the referees.
I'm looking forward to reading more of your posts during this lock down time. Stay well and blog soon!
